Healthy Harvest® Pasta Sauce Quick n' Easy Bruschetta

Ingredients

1 jar
(570 mL)
Healthy Harvest® Pasta Sauce Olive and Basil, warmed
1baguette
2 tbsp (30 mL)olive oil
3/4 cup
(175 mL)
crumbled feta cheese
1 tsp (5 mL)dried oregano leaves

Instructions

  1. Preheat the broiler to high. Cut the baguette into about 24 slices. Brush both sides with olive oil and arrange on a baking sheet. Broil for 2 minutes per side or until lightly toasted.
  1. Spoon pasta sauce over each slice and sprinkle with feta. Broil for 1 minute or until feta is lightly browned. Sprinkle with oregano before serving.

Tip: Top with a variety of cheeses such as crumbled goat cheese or shaved parmesan.
